High-Protein Strawberry Bake

Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, soft cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt), almond milk, and protein powder until smooth.
Add the flour and baking powder, then mix until a thick, lump-free batter forms.
Gently fold in the strawberries, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If using an air fryer, bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15–20 minutes.
Let the bake cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy warm or chilled with extra fresh strawberries or a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
Fresh strawberries release less moisture than frozen ones, giving the bake a firmer texture. If using frozen berries, add them straight from the freezer and increase the baking time by 3–5 minutes. A touch of vanilla extract or lemon zest enhances the natural sweetness of the strawberries.
