High-Protein Tuna Bake

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Drain the tuna thoroughly, pressing out as much liquid as possible to prevent the bake from becoming watery.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, eggs, reduced-fat cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer with a spatula.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is fully set.
Remove from the oven and allow the bake to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This helps it hold its shape and makes serving easier.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm with a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables.
For the best texture, use tuna packed in water and drain it very well before mixing. You can easily customize the flavor by adding dried Italian herbs, chili flakes, or Dijon mustard. This protein-packed bake is perfect for meal prep and can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
