Garlic Butter Shrimp Skillet

Method
Prepare the shrimp: Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Season lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
Melt the butter: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt completely, being careful not to let it brown.
Sauté the garlic: Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Cook the shrimp: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side until the edges turn pink and opaque. Flip the shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side.
Add lemon and parsley: Stir in the lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley. Toss the shrimp in the sauce to ensure they’re evenly coated.
Serve: Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish and pour the remaining butter sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
Pair with crusty bread, rice, or steamed vegetables.
