Method

  1. Prepare the salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Rub each fillet with Cajun seasoning and lemon zest, ensuring the spices are evenly distributed.

  2. Heat the skillet: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Swirl the oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
