Baked Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

Method
Prepare the lobster: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Carefully pull the meat out of the shell and lay it on top, keeping it attached at the base.
Make the butter topping: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm to the touch.
Serve: Transfer to plates and drizzle with any remaining butter. Serve immediately.
Chef's Tip
Serve with roasted vegetables and a side of wild rice.
