Method

  1. Prepare the yogurt: Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper. Mix the Greek yogurt with the maple syrup, vanilla and lemon zest until smooth.

  2. Spread: Pour the yogurt onto the tray and spread into an even layer approximately 1 cm thick.

  3. Add the toppings: Scatter the berries, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, dark chocolate and coconut flakes evenly over the yogurt. Gently press the toppings into the surface.

  4. Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.

  5. Serve: Remove from the freezer and allow to stand for 2–3 minutes. Break or cut into irregular pieces and serve immediately. Keep any leftovers frozen in an airtight container.

Chef's Tip

Vegan option: Replace the Greek yogurt with 400 g thick unsweetened soy yogurt or coconut yogurt. Use dairy-free dark chocolate. All other ingredients are naturally vegan. This frozen yogurt bark looks like a dessert from a premium café but takes only minutes to prepare. Tart berries, creamy yogurt, pistachios, chia and dark chocolate create contrasting flavours and textures in every bite.
