High-Protein Beef Lavash Rolls

Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Lay the lavash flat on a clean work surface. Spread the ground beef evenly over the entire surface, pressing it into a thin, uniform layer.
Season the meat with paprika, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the lavash into a log. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 7 equal pieces.
Arrange the rolls cut-side up in the prepared baking dish, leaving a little space between each one.
Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the shredded reduced-fat cheese evenly over the tops.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden. Allow the rolls to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
For extra moisture and flavor, mix a tablespoon of finely grated onion or a teaspoon of Dijon mustard into the ground meat before spreading it over the lavash. These rolls are excellent for meal prep and reheat beautifully in the oven or air fryer while staying crisp on the outside.
