High-Protein Crustless Beef Protein Pizza

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 9 × 13-inch (23 × 33cm) baking dish or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the lean ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and allow the meat to cool for a few minutes. If you prefer an even leaner version, substitute cooked diced chicken breast or turkey.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Skyr, eggs, shredded cheese, cooked beef, diced red onion, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated into a thick, creamy mixture.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer using a spatula. Sprinkle with a little extra cheese if desired.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the center is firm when gently pressed.
Remove from the oven and allow the pizza to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. This helps it set and makes serving easier.
Cut into four generous portions and garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve warm with a crisp green salad or roasted vegetables for a complete high-protein meal.
For the best texture, use a thick, high-protein Skyr or quark rather than a runny variety. This crustless pizza is excellent for meal prep and tastes just as good reheated the next day. If you'd like to reduce the calories further, replace the ground beef with grilled chicken breast or lean ground turkey without sacrificing its impressive protein content.
