High-Protein Mini Pizza

Method
Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F). If using a conventional oven, preheat it to 180°C (350°F).
In a medium bowl, whisk the egg until smooth. Add the cottage cheese, grated cheese, and diced ham. Season with black pepper and your favorite Italian herbs, then mix until well combined.
Place the high-protein tortilla onto an air fryer tray or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Arrange the sliced cherry tomatoes over the top, gently pressing them into the filling.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes at 160°C (320°F), or until the topping is fully set, the cheese is melted, and the tortilla edges are crisp and golden. If baking in the oven, cook for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Allow the pizza to cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve immediately.
Customize your pizza with fresh spinach, mushrooms, roasted peppers, olives, or red onions for extra flavor and nutrients. Finish with a sprinkle of oregano and a few fresh basil leaves for an authentic Italian touch.
