Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Method
Prepare the tenderloin: Season the pork with salt and pepper. Rub with olive oil.
Sear the pork: Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the pork on all sides for 5 minutes.
Glaze the pork: Mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Brush the glaze over the pork.
Bake: Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15 minutes, basting with glaze halfway through.
Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
