Sea Bass Fillet with Lemon Butter Sauce

Method
Season the Fish – Pat the sea bass fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Sear the Fillets – Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the fillets, skin-side down first, for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until opaque and flaky. Remove from the pan.
Make the Lemon Butter Sauce – In the same pan, lower the heat and add butter and lemon juice. Stir until melted and combined.
Coat the Fish – Return the sea bass fillets to the pan and spoon the sauce over them for 1 minute.
Serve Immediately – Plate the fillets and drizzle the lemon butter sauce on top. Enjoy with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
