Method

  1. Finely chop the fresh dill and parsley, then mince or press the garlic cloves.

  2. Place the Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl.

  3. Add the garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

  4. Stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

  5. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional lemon juice, salt, or pepper if desired.

  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for 10–15 minutes to allow the garlic and herbs to fully infuse the yogurt.

  7. Serve chilled as a salad dressing, a dip for fresh vegetables, or a flavorful sauce for grilled chicken, turkey, fish, or roasted vegetables.

Chef's Tip

For an even fresher flavor, use a combination of dill, parsley, and chives. If you prefer a thinner consistency for drizzling over salads or grain bowls, whisk in 1–2 tablespoons of cold water until the sauce reaches your desired texture.
