High-Protein Tahini Yogurt Sauce

Method
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of water until a smooth, creamy paste forms.
Add the Greek yogurt and stir until fully incorporated.
Mix in the minced garlic, paprika, and salt.
If the sauce is thicker than desired, gradually whisk in the remaining water until it reaches a silky, pourable consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional lemon juice, paprika, or salt if needed.
Cover and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled with grilled chicken, shawarma, roasted cauliflower, broccoli, fresh vegetables, grain bowls, or as a creamy spread for wraps and sandwiches.
For an even richer Middle Eastern flavor, sprinkle the finished sauce with a pinch of ground cumin, chopped parsley, or toasted sesame seeds. This versatile sauce also works wonderfully as a dressing for chickpea salads or roasted vegetable bowls.
